Designed For: Directors of nursing and registered nurses who want to develop or enhance their leadership and management skills. This course is designed for directors of nursing and other registered nurses who are in or approaching management positions in long-term skilled nursing facilities. Sessions focus on leadership and management competencies that support excellence in resident care and employee satisfaction. Emphasis is on practical approaches to specific challenges and responsibilities faced by nurse leaders and managers in long-term care. Topics Include:
