Registration fees are refunded upon written request received prior to each conference. A minimum fee is assessed for cancellations to cover processing expenses. See online brochure for complete refund policy and refund amounts.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by UWCNE.ORG within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please call us for instructions at 206-543-1047.
